You will be balancing the needs of their customers alongside our operating profit, so we expect you to achieve the full potential of every sales opportunity.

What the position will entail:

*Quoting for and selling emergency transport solutions by both road and air
*Ensuring client satisfaction at all times during the contract.
*Ensuring that C4 Logistics achieves a profit on each sale.
*Meticulously recording all quality issues and finding a solution that your customer is happy with within 15 minutes.
*Monitoring of sub-contractors to enforce our high standards, but also be an approachable problem solver.
*Keeping invoices and PODs up to date and ensuring clients are regularly informed.


Desirable skills:

*The ability to plan and execute logistical solutions
*Knowledge of the EU regulations for road transport.
*Have, or be able to develop, expertise in the technical details of the transport you are booking space in.
*Experience of booking airfreight, hand-carry, air-charter and full-load services.
*Flexibility and the ability to deliver solutions in a calm and pro-active way under pressure.
